- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Most in‑stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- During launches, promotions, or high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

- First‑time orders are shipped with a 3‑day service (or similar) to get your first box to you quickly.
- Estimated transit time: 2–3 business days after your order has shipped.
- Economy Shipping (Recurring Orders)
- Subscription renewals and most recurring orders ship via economy service.
- Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

- Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.
- The estimated ship date will be displayed at checkout and/or in your order confirmation email.
- Once your pre‑order ships, it will follow the shipping timelines above (Standard or Economy, depending on order type).
- If there are any material changes to the estimated ship date, we’ll email you with an updated timeline.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping method, and delivery address.
- Any free shipping or launch offers will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s progress.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to the US but hope to expand in the future.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the above list at this time (subject to change).
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please:
- Double‑check your shipping address and surrounding area.
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
- If you still can’t locate your order, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@tryanomalyhealth.com within 3 business days of the marked delivery date so we can help investigate and make it right.
